trouble telneting from WARP to LINUX

I am having trouble in telneting between WARP Connect and LINUX.  From
LINUX I can telnet into WARP Connect machines just fine.  However,
initiating a telnet in WARP, the WARP Connect machines simply connect
to the LINUX box and just hang there.  Now these same WARP Connect
boxes can telnet to and from my RS/6000 running AIX 3.2.5 without any
trouble.  I know another guy who has also experienced this.  Is
anybody else seeing this problem?  Can anyone shed some light on this?
