missing 64 MB RAM

There's a setting you need to put into lilo.conf.  Add the following
line somewhere at the top of the file before the first image:

  append="mem=128M"

If you don't tell it how much RAM you've installed, it has to read the BIOS,
and the BIOS only has enough bits in this field to report the first 64M.
