SPAM problems addressed

I apologize for the recent spam. I'd forgotten to enable the restrict-post
filters on our lists when we rebuilt the server after last summer's breakin.
I've been in the habit of deleting spam when I receive it, and if some of
it was addressed to our lists, I hadn't noticed.

I've just added the restrict-post on our three lists (discuss, announce,
volunteers) so only list-members and digest-members can post to them. I've
also restricted the digest lists so nobody can send directly to them.

One of the consequences is that this message was rejected the first time I
sent it, because the address that appears on my outgoing mail differs from
the address I'd subscribed as.
