RedHat 5.1 ->5.2 overwrite updated RPMs?

I have a RedHat 5.1 box with lots of added RPM's, but also some that have
been updated from various sources.

If I do an upgrade to RedHat 5.2, will it overwrite a newer RPM with an
older one?
