xman font size

Hi. I can't seem to reset the default font size in xman.
There are two lines in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/Xman
that refer to menu fonts. These are easy enough to change.
I need to change the size of the fonts for the actual man pages
and the pages that list all the commands. What format are these
documents in? What file do I need to edit?
