Web Mirroring Tools on Linux

I am looking for Web mirroring tools on Linux. I am aware of wget which does download the site very fast.
WGET does not however update the html links. It is difficult to browse off-line, with bad links.

So, what other tools are available for Web mirroring? Are there any tools for FTP mirroring? Most sites
seem to disappear too fast from the web. So do the interesting files.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
