Linux.com/Looking for a Linux geek

Thanks for posting this Bill. Now that Linux is being recognized outside
of the Unix community, the mission of LUGs is now changing. What the LUGs
need to do is to provide assistance to the community in the form of
seminars, such as install fests, and some training. While BLU has been
holding installfests, we have been somewhat irregular. What we are looking
to do today is to find a facility where we can hold regular installfests
and provide seminars at a low cost to both the BLU and the attendees. We
try to use these services to provide funds to support BLU operations. An
example is when the BLU server blew its power supply, we were lucky to
have another system available at no cost to the group. I would like to see
BLU be able to provide more quality services to the community. (I am kind
of leaving this a bit open so we can get some ideas).
