Flea market page added to blu website

How about if a person wanting to sell something sends an email to
fleamarket at blu.org, and a form is returned.  The user "replies" by
filling out the data (keywords in form make for easy parsing).

Then you have a good ole perl parser add the data to a ldap database
and a groovy CGI to cobble the web interface.

Then we can "open source" our solution, and tour the country presenting
it to other user groups.
