Recommendations for 10/100bT pcmcia cards for linux?

I'm using a xircom card too... at 100Mb.  It autosenses nicely when I'm on
a slower network too (I use it to plug in to the various networks here to
see what's going on).  

I do hear from some co-workers though, that it doesn't work too well on
earlier versions of redhat.  I'm using 6.0 and it hasn't given me
any trouble.
