I actually do this with procmail.  The following is from memory (since 
I can't use this at work or my boss wouldn't appreciate it):

:0 B
* \s*name=.*\.doc
|/usr/local/sbin/word-reject

where word-reject greps/seds for the "Reply-to" and "From" headers and
sends a nasty message back.  I also log them just to see how many I've 
gotten.
