I have read some of it... But I have found a better solution is "just say
no to Microsoft."  I now run it on only one machine, and only because I
have two applications that can't run under Linux or Linux+WINE.

Or at least, I haven't yet alotted any of my copious spare time to really
messing with wine to see if I could get them to work...
