Floppy disk access as a regular user?

Subject: Floppy disk access as a regular user?

Can anyone give me explicit steps to give users access to the floppy
drive. I'm running Red Hat 6.1 and tried assigning each user (Guest
user) to group Floppy but that doesn't do it.
