Now what... Y2K is a dud!



The BLU server has been up:
tarnhelm [1] uptime
  2:38pm  up 245 days, 19:13,  1 user,  load average: 0.17, 0.23, 0.21   

I think that Y2K was significantly overhyped, but there are a lot of problems coming up. Many older companies still have old COBOL applications, expecially for their accounting systems. Some companies will start having problems with month end closings and later with their fiscal year end closings. We probably won't hear about these.
