My schedule has changed, and I should be generally more available that
day.  Do we have a rough time when our group is supposed to have a
presence, and a feel for who will be there when?

I tend to agree with Jerry that there will not be more than a few, if any,
people lugging computers to the castle for an installfest.  If we want to
have a presence to offer advice and moral support, that's another thing.
