IMAP offline mode

FWIW, I'm working on an open source solution which will have the
same functionality that VMware does, called plex86.

Plex86 doesn't run Windows yet though.  Am hoping to do
so this year.

Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with
"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
message body to discuss-request at (Subject line is ignored).
