Writing KDE link files

Any good advice on building link files for applications to run under the
KDE window manager? Now that I have gotten my WPO2000 up and running it
would be nice to be able to start the modules without using bash in the
Konsole.

"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
