IDE/ATA RAID



To continue the discussion on IDE and ATA based hardware RAID systems, I
found this website on the developemnt projects for IDE drives. Although
Abit claimed to have a Linux driver for the Highpoint RAID chipset, I
have yet to be able to download it (or their "Gentus" Linux distro) and
this website lists only the new 3ware Escalade PCI boards as providing
full hardware RAID with ATA66 drives (and ATA100 RSN):
