Programming language to develop CAD software

Hi all,

I need to create a Computer Aided Design, and simulation software like PSpice. Could anyone recommend any programming language to create the GUI, manipulation of the objects for users to design their circuits and simulations to provide data and graphs? Thanks in advance.
