Microsoft

You might want to read the article again. Ballmer says, "That's not to say
our overall strategy is not to get those Web sites over to Windows, but we
will provide a way for those Linux servers to use .NET".

The way I'd read this is, "Web sites built for .NET will work fine for now,
but eventually you'll find that things will go wrong with your Linux site
that will work only if you use Windows." Remember, Microsoft has been
providing applications for Apple for a long time now, but they never seem to
work as well as the Windows versions.
