X Windows server for MS Windows?

Hello to all:

I am looking for an X Server for NT 4 and Win2k. I want to pipe some ssh
sessions with X forwarding to my Microsoft boxes. I have a few machines
connected to a Linksys 8-port dsl/cable router/gateway with ssh
forwarding.

I've tried working with xwindemo and some other free/shareware X Servers.
I have installed Cygwin and obtained XFree86 in hopes of trying to compile
it.

I would ultimately like to have a reliable X Server running as a
background app (similar to Humingbird), without breaking the bank (as this
is for home/educational/experimentation purposes).

Thanks much.

Scott
