open source bug tracking tools?

I'm doing research on said subject for my new employer. They were VERY unimpressed
with Merant, and laughed at Rational wen they heard the prices for the basic stuff,
even before training, etc.

I'm going through FreshMeat and SourceForge, but could use real-world feedback on
any of these, especially Bugzilla. Web-based is good. Solaris-compatible is good,
but I may convince them to use Linux.

Thanks in advance.
