Slightly OT : Getting rid of geek books

I probably should have clarified the used book store thing. The yellow pages
tell me that there is one in my area. However, in the past when i tried to
deal with her I got a really bad vibe, basically "You want to bring me books?
Well, I only take books of genre X, Y and Z, and I only give store credit."
I'll try her again to see if she's interested in this pile, but I didn't hold
out much hope. If I'm gonna just give the things away (since I have no use
for her store credit) I'm gonna do it to charity, not to somebody who is gonna
resell them for a profit.
