Delegating in-addr.arpa for subnetted address space

Well at least I know I've read the right material - only fell asleep
twice with that RFC.
Hit most of the relevant websites for pointers and my BIND config is
good.

I have an SDSL connection here, made the call to UUNET expecting a
battle and they were more than happy to make the changes. Just had to
submit an e-mail with the names & addresses of my DNS servers.  

I think I'm going to go buy a scratch ticket - that was too easy.
