SOT: Need new ISP

World.std.com is a local ISP that has been doing true shells for years.
They are one of the oldest ISPs in the country. I've had an account for
many years, mainly through the BCS. I was able to connect when I was in
Denver. Thay have POPs all over the country, but at a higher cost. I am not
sure if Galaxy still offers shell accounts.
