Wireless ethernet?

I can confirm this. At my school students threw together a 802.11 network
using Airports, Lucent Orinoco (sp?), and at least one of those Cisco access
points although I've only used the Orinoco card in my GNU/Linux laptop which
was able to play well with any 802.11 access point (including the airport
which is reasonably priced as far as wireless accespoints go).
