Could Not locate Bootsect.lnx

Generally you obtain 'bootsect.lnx' my copying the LILO bootsector:
	dd if=<bootdevice> of=bootsect.lnx bs=512 count=1

Where <bootdevice> is the 'boot' parameter from /etc/lilo.conf.
