I use the following lines to forward http and https.

/usr/sbin/ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L 140.239.109.206 80 -R 172.16.10.3

/usr/sbin/ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L 140.239.109.206 443 -R 172.16.10.3
