Kernel-based packet forwarding in 2.2.14?

I use the following lines to forward http and https.

/usr/sbin/ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L 140.239.109.206 80 -R 172.16.10.3
80
/usr/sbin/ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L 140.239.109.206 443 -R 172.16.10.3
