favorite HTML composer??

At work, though we use perl and vi to do our web development, we
actually use [Netscape|Mozilla] Composer to write HTML documents
(documentation,
memos, tasklists, etc... we use it instead of Word to publish docs on
our intranet). I don't think it has a drawing editor... but I could be
wrong.
