FTP Server is not working

Hi all,

I need help. Can anyone help. Please.
I upgrade from RedHat 6.2 to RedHat 7.1 and the FTP Server was not working.
I have no ideal what went wrong.
I can use telnet and anonymous ftp, but I won't allow to logon if I use the user name.
I did modify /ect/xinted service on telnet, wu-ftp and reboot the system.
