Update on BLU keysigning list

A few more keys have arrived on the keysigning list. Also, I found a better
script for generating the checksheet; it pulls the keys from a keyring,
so I can generate the sheet with just the key ids.

I've pulled all the keys into a keyring. Most of the keys sent to the
list were of the form

    pub 1024D/1234ABCD 1776-07-04 John Doe <jdoe at foobar.net>

which is what gpg spits out when you tell it to --list-keys.

The current list is at

    http://www.blu.org/meetings/2001/dec/checksheet.html

and appears as follows:

    ---------------------------------------------------
    Key ID |Key Owner |Key
