RAID Munging Question

Christoph picked up a couple of removable disk trays
at Microcenter pretty cheap ($14 or $15 each?) They
installed in regular drive bays and let you remove an
IDE drive by unlocking it with a small key and pulling
the tray out. The key disconnects power to the drive,
so the test was just turning off/unlocking the drive
and removing it. Pretty effective. (Fun, too! but
don't try this at home :)
