Interesting article on the software development process



I recently read Extreme Programming: Explained which talked about this 
subject is some detail. I'm not sure I buy XP 100%, but as I read the book 
I found lots of things that made great sense to me. The huge emphasis on 
tests comes first to mind, followed closely by accountability & good 
communication.
