I use "C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL.EXE user,ExitWindows" as a shortcut, and it shuts down Windows 95 when I double click it, but when I run it from the Dos box it comes up with a warning that RUNDLL.EXE must be stopped before Windows can shutdown.
