babyl (RMAIL) to Maildir converter?

No, RMAIL uses its own format called babyl

formail will allow you to process a babyl file and redistribute the
files

formail -B -s <program used to deliver with qmail> < inbox

I do this with procmail on large files sometimes

formail -s procmail < large.spool

I don't know what you should be using to deliever to a Maildir, as I
don't use them.
