[Wind] can't get rid of my viruses



Symantec has a Klez cleaner available with instructions. The URL is:

  Write down the exact names of the viruses, and visit www.symantec.com - preferably from another (non infected) computer. Search for the disinfection procedure, and follow it step-by-step.
