fluxay

Does anyone know anything about a tool called fluxay? It's a security
vulnerabilities scanner from China. Some claim that it is itself a
security problem, others disagree. It can certainly be used to help
install an exploit, but what I'm mostly wondering is if it is
exploitable itself. I can't find a definitive answer anywhere.

I want to install and run this tool to pre-emptively prevent breakins,
but I'm worried about the consequences.
