xine, d5d, and hdparm

Probably old news to some people, but I figure some people may not know
about the xine plugin d5d.

It had been a while since I looked at Xine, so I just installed a newer
version of xine and a plugin called d5d and I have to say it is nearly
perfect and has DVD Menu support. :)

It played a bit choppy on my laptop until I turned on DMA with hdparm
(hdparm -d 1 /dev/dvd) but is fine now.
Also make sure to get version 0.9.12 of xine-libs and xine-ui. The
plugin API changed and d5d doesn't work with the new API yet.
