Anyone have experience with PVC piping?

Kevin,

This sounds very cool! How many nodes are going to be in your cluster and
what networking are you going todo between them?

You might want to check out http://distcc.samba.org it works great with a
minimum of setup.

As for the rack stuff, why PVC?

Thanks,
Tim.

Subject: Anyone have experience with PVC piping?

As stated in a previous posting I am building a (Linux-based)Beowulf
Cluster using a rack orientation. My rack is made of PVC piping. My
question: Does anyone know how to clean off the PVC lettering (sometimes in
Blue or Black) along the PVC pipe. I don't want to ruin the glossy finish
(if possible) but the lettering is getting to me. Any ideas? Thanks.

Kevin
