Howto easily create .pdf documents for free on Windows (Bill Horne)

This can also be done with 'gsview' for win32. It is a GUI front end for
Ghostscript. Ghostscript, if you recall, has a pdf output device driver. On
Linux machines, one just uses the command line 'ps2pdf' command. But the
GSview program incorporates it under the print button.

There are also Unix versions available. There are .exe install files for
both Ghostscript 8.0 and GSview 4.3.

This program also gives one a Postscript viewer.
