2.5 kernel anyone



Does 'make config' work either? It's not X, but a curses menu. If confg
works, you might have an X or DISPLAY variable problem. I can't tell (and
I'm not using 2.5, if that makes a difference).

I found William Stearns' "buildkernel" script to be very nice. Read the
documentation (short!) and enjoy. It has a fair amount of error checking and
is friendly enough.   http://buildkernel.stearns.org/
