While I haven't looked at the Netscape-branded version in a while, my 
recollection from the last time I did is that they essentially started 
with a stock mozilla, stripped out some of the user-oriented features 
like pop-up ad blocking, and added in a few proprietary bits like a 
spell checker and an AOL Instant Messenger client. 

I'm not aware of anything that would make it more attractive than mozilla, 
aside from the supposed warm fuzzies of brand recognition.
