Has anyone seen this MTA error before?



 That's a qmail error message - there's a config file called rcpthosts where you
specify what domains you'll relay to (or receive for - hence the name). I'm
guessing that you're sending this email directly to their SMTP port, if so
that's
why they're rejecting it as a standard open relay prevention scheme.

 I have the same problem with a couple of my ISP accounts - you probably have to
log into their POP or IMAP host to send email through them.
