I was an HP rep onsite at Raytheon a few years ago. We had to supply
some realitime mods to HP-UX. Those were done in India. During a meeting
when the customer (Army) was in attendance, that was made into an issue.
We (eg. my boss had to assure the Army that the code would be pullted
back to the US before it became part of HP-UX.
