Some resent developments in the SCO issues

As most of you know, SCO has been sending letters to commercial Linux
users requesting that they buy a license from SCO. 
(I would use Windows before I would do that).

Red Hat takes the fight to SCO

good name".

Additionally, SuSE and others had filed an injunction in Germany that
tells SCO to put up or shut up. (That was a month or so ago).
