Is blug list mailer munging follup headers?

Hi,
Does anyone know if the BLUG mailing list software is generating a
follow up header?

I'm seeing two things:

One - my copy of my outgoing email does not have a followup header in
it.

two - when I get the copy from the list i see a follow up header
in it with both my email address and the blug list.

Is this (#2) being done by the list software or am I somehow causing it?

I use mutt and I use the "L" command to reply to list email. As far as
I know, I'm not adding a followup header.

The result is I'm getting multiple copies of some postings, One goes in
the list folder and the other appears in my inbox. I'm trying to make
that stop and my first step is to find out why the followup header is
getting my email address in it. Is it me or the list? Anyone know?

Thanks for your help.
