How's Dell Inspiron for Linux?

Dell Laptops have been good with Linux in the past. The latest model I
own is a Inspiron 8100 and "everything" is working (dvd, cd-rw, twin
view screen, fan/temp control).

It did require some initial tweaking (mostly X-Window / nvidia drivers).
But nothing major.
