My battle with Comcast

Jerry Feldman comments:
| I have an account at TheWorld ($9.89/Mo). When I went down to Atlanta, I
| logged into TheWorld from Petersburg Va., Atlanta, somewhere in North
| Carolina, and Williamsburg, Va, all local calls. My Comcast mail was all
| web based. The only problem was that Brightmail had filtered a lot of
| mail into the scanned folder, filling up my Comcast mailbox.

My wife and I have had an account with them for some years.
But for several days now, we've been unable to get through
to them. Pings don't work, either, and ssh reports failure
to connect to port 22.

I wonder what's going on over there?
