running 2 site on one apache - another problem



 Dave,

  Does the user apache have r-x access to the directory and the files within ?
If you created it as root it's probably rwx------ but the server runs as apache
(unless you chanegd httpd.conf). chown it to apache.apache and make sure it's
readable.
