Getting rid of dhcpcd on RH 7.2?

The servers already have UPS units.  These are lengthy power outages.

I want the clients not to ever time out.  They should keep querying until the
DHCP server comes up.  The man page for dhclient explicitly says this is the
behavior (vs. that of dhcpcd).
