experiment: an online Democratic primary, run three ways



Related to that discussion of the NH primary from a few weeks back:

I have set up a little database-backed Web app for running three 
simultaneous polls of the Democratic Presidential candidates, using 
three different methods to tally the votes.  The page for voting is here:
